Listing/Negotiating Specialist, Team Leader
Kristi is a local graduate of William Jewell College and started her career in real estate in 1997. From there she has grown her business, servicing over 320 families and hiring specialists to serve on her team. Kristi leads her team with focus, dedication and motivation. With her experience, Kristi has found that the most successfull agent utilizes her team resources to give the highest level of service to all her clients. Kristi is one of the most respected and knowledgable realtors in the area and has enjoyed a phenomenal rise to the top of the real estate field. Kristi was the "Rookie Salesperson of the Year" in 1998, and was honored as "Salesperson of the Year" in 2000 for the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. Kristi is a member of Liberty Area Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Missouri Association of Realtors. Kristi lived north of Liberty with her husband, Shane, son, Garrett in elementary school, and a daughter, Natalie, who is an active toddler!
Susan Harcourt
Licensed Team Manager & Closing Coordinator
Susan is very experienced in office procedures, client care and client confidentiality. She has come from the banking industry where detail, accuracy and follow through are crucial. Her duties on the team include: processing all buyer and seller contracts, client care, maintaining office supplies and managing Kristi Soligo & Associates. She is available in the office to answer any questions. Susan lives in Cameron with her 15 year old daughter, Taylor and Border Collie, Angel where they enjoy making changes to their home they purchased through Kristi.
Katie Cockerham
Listing/Marketing Specialist
Katie has recently just re-joined the Kristi Soligo & Associates Team! She will be in charge of the marketing on your home, direct mailings and creating the monthly newsletter. She graduated from Liberty High School is 2006 and has kept herself busy with work ever since. She is currently working 3 jobs! Katie lives in Liberty, and just celebrated her one year of owning her very first home! She lives by herself with her dog; a Beagle named Buster!

Amy Brown began serving the community's residential real estate needs in 1999. Before entering real estate, Amy spent several years working in the legal profession. She now uses her experience to advocate for her clients. Her goal is to get the best financial deal with monthly savings on payments and providing a high level of care to the client. Amy has completed training as a Certified New Homes Sales Professional. She lives an active lifestyle outside of her profession that includes tennis and traveling. Amy also volunteers at "Operation Breakthrough", a non-for-profit day-care center in Kansas City. As a breast cancer survivor for over 10 years now, Amy appreciates the opportunity to celebrate life every day! |
